PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING

PMU IS COSMETIC TATTOOING. By booking, you acknowledge that you are intentionally booking a permanent/semi-permanent tattooing procedure. Results will fade over time but are not immediately or completely reversible. All deposits are non-refundable, including if you change your mind about receiving the procedure or decide not to proceed at your appointment.

PREVIOUS PMU OR MICROBLADING If you have had previous Microblading or any form of PMU (Permanent Makeup) tattooing, you MUST EMAIL us clear photos of your existing brows PRIOR to booking online. This allows our artists to determine if we can proceed or if laser removal may be necessary prior to treatment.

DEPOSIT POLICY A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to secure each appointment and will be applied toward your final balance. Rescheduling or cancelling with less than 72 hours notice, or not showing up for your appointment, will result in a charge of 50% of the procedure cost.

NEW CLIENTS All new clients are treated as a new set of brows, regardless of any prior PMU work done elsewhere.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS & MEDICATION DISCLOSURE Certain medical conditions or medications may affect your suitability for tattooing. Please contact us prior to booking if:

• You are pregnant or breastfeeding

• You are undergoing chemotherapy

• You are prone to keloid scarring

• You have an allergy to lidocaine

• You have a dark, heavily saturated previous tattoo

• You are taking Accutane (or have within the past year)

• You are taking blood thinners or medications that may affect healing

If unsure whether a medication or medical condition may affect your ability to receive a cosmetic tattoo, please consult your doctor before booking.
